WISCONSIN MONTH TO MONTH LEASE AGREEMENT

DESCRIPTION

The Wisconsin Month to Month Lease Agreement is a legal document that allows a landlord to rent property to a Tenant on a monthly basis. The agreement has no end date and either party may cancel or alter the arrangement in any way with 30 days notice. In Wisconsin, a month to month lease agreement is like any other lease or rental agreement where the Landlord and Tenant are bound by the terms as long as the Tenant pays monthly rent and any changes to be made must be attached as an addendum.

1. Must be signed and dated by the Lessor.

2. Must be signed and dated by the Lessee.

3. All persons signing the Lease Agreement form must be at least 18 years old and of sound mind (i.e., All parties must have the knowledge to know what he or she is signing) as well as all persons signing the Lease Agreement Form must be doing so out of their own free will, and not because of outside pressures.
