DESCRIPTION

The Tennessee Month to Month Lease Agreement is a legal document that allows a landlord to rent property to a Tenant on a monthly basis. The agreement has no end date and either party may cancel or alter the arrangement in any way with 30 days notice. In Tennessee, a month to month lease agreement is like any other lease or rental agreement where the Landlord and Tenant are bound by the terms as long as the Tenant pays monthly rent and any changes to be made must be attached as an addendum.
